Research Interest:
My research primarily centers on ecological statistics, with a strong focus on biodiversity, species distribution patterns, and the habitat size required for species detection. I develop and apply statistical models to better understand species-area relationships, distributional aggregation, and methods for estimating biodiversity. A key aspect of my work involves inferring species distribution patterns even when data is limited, which has significant implications for ecological processes and conservation efforts. Through these studies, I aim to contribute to a more comprehensive understanding of the natural world and the methods we use to conserve it.
